Property blueprints for the financier's secluded tropical island among the released materials.
Furthermore included in this recent photograph disclosure is shown to be a property layout for the Great St James island, found in the Caribbean US territory.
The financier purchased a more modest island - Little St James - originally in 1998, but later purchased the larger adjacent island in the year 2016 for around $22.5 million.
The released images indicate he had formulated plans to transform the 161-acre island by building homes, an performance venue, an submerged workspace and a swimming pool.
Marked on the drawing is Pillsbury Sound, a marine passage in the US Virgin Islands, indicated on the bottom right.
The site plan is annotated in notations in red and includes a legend identifying various areas of the land.
Alongside the main plan are what appear to be nine other site drawings and engineering blueprints, including designs for marina coverings.
Additional documentation released as part of the current congressional disclosure.
